Full-time, long-term contract (CDI ), based in Bruxelles.
We're looking for...
Somebody with experience in retail business and management. Superb sense of client relations with the know-how and necessary experience to manage a team. At ease with computers and technology in general.
Methodological and rigorous with excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
Tasks
Coordinate and direct all aspects of daily operations of the bar. Define and implement the managerial and sales policies of KaraFun Bar along with KPIs, sales objectives and the hygienic code. Be available at various hours and at any moment in case of emergency.
Managerial Skills:
- Define sales objectives
- Reporting (cash, accounting ...)
- Accounting and administrative management
- Implementation of promotional actions
- Ensure quality, health and safety procedures
Team Operations
- Hire and train team
- Daily operational organization of team (schedules, communication,...)
Customer Satisfaction
- Provide a quality experience for each customer
